What starchy and non starchy vegetables can you not eat on a low carb diet?

Vegetables are generally low in fat and calories, so a good choice for anyone trying to lose weight. If you are trying to decrease carbs you may be suspicious of them. Vegetables have a lot of sugar and Carbohydrates too.

Although vegetables do contain carbohydrates, excluding them from your diet is not sustainable nor healthy. Because vegetables have various quantities of carbs, choosing the correct ones in the right amounts allows you to reap the health benefits of these delicious variety of foods while reducing carb intake.

Here's a list of vegetables you cannot eat when on a low carb diet. This list was compiled based on the concentration of their carbs in grams.

A range of (0–6)g is just ideal and and any quantity more should be kept low or avoided completely.
